Killing Spree

[Aryn Vernier]

Silently, the raptor prowled the woods, silently following an intruder. The intruder was nothing more than a human listening to his iPod. However, she saw something different; she saw a raptor from another pack.

Silently, she stalked forward, then charged. Due to his music, the human didn't hear her until it was too late. He only managed to yell shortly before she snapped his neck. Growling softly, she dragged him deeper into the woods, leaving a small trail of blood. There, she happily settled down for dinner.

Jason rubbed his face walking by the lake after his fresh shave. The Stench of blood hit his nose, "Oh god..." He was almost scared to investigate but then he did. He approached the smell slowly. As he got closer he recognized it. Human, A+. He didn't know whether to run or approach, he knew soon that it would be too close to run.

[Aryn Vernier]

The body was already fairly mangled, and she was crouched over it eating. That's when the wind shifted. Raising her head, she sniffed the air before growling softly. Turning, she silently slipped into the green undergrowth to see who this new intruder was.

[wolf]

Jason stopped in a few feet fom the mangled body. He didn't approach it, he just looked around and bared his teeth. He prayed that there weren't others around, or worse, they'd already been and called the cops after finding this bloody mess.

The scent trail was quickly found. Circling around so that she was behind the intruder, she paused and observed the other for a brief moment, then she attacked. It was the standard charge and then pounce.

[wolf]

Jason's ears caught on quick to the movement, swiftly he dove to the side, going into a spin. "Aryn?" he spoke, blinking at the creature. "it's just me, Jason." He backed up.

[Aryn Vernier]

Oh, but Aryn wasn't home. There was a nasty growl as she stalked towards him. The only thing on her mind was murder, which was evident by the grisly killing she had done moment earlier.

[wolf]

"What's going on?" he demanded, he began to back away slowly. He was looking for something. Something blunt, if he knocked her out for a portion of time he could control the situation.

[Aryn Vernier]

There was no reply, no sign of recognition, nothing. Pausing to roar, she suddenly charged towards him. The entire plan was to side swipe him with her head in order to knock him over.

[wolf]

Jason rolled again, he feared many things. Was she really a mutant or an experiment or something else? The world they lived in was so weird. Her reaction in a strange way reminded him of his best friend, before the gun shot rang out. Even after Jason tried to keep him from the gun.

She skidded to a halt, turned her head, and snapped at him. Then, she turned to face him, and stalked forward, hissing. Her behavior was entirely different from the first time that they had met.

[wolf]

"Oh god..." His mind put it together. "Shit!" he yelled at the top of his lungs, leaping anywhere. Trying to keep his skin.

This only made the game better. Immediately, she darted after him, snapping at him madly, trying to catch something in her jaws, limb, clothes, anything.

[wolf]

Jason peered back mometarially seeing the jaws striking at him, he threw a shred of his shirt into her mouth, trying to fool her for a bit running towards the bloody body to further throw her off. He lept towards the trees.

Since he was still moving, she kept after him. The desire to attack him was a blind rage almost, not thinking behind it.
