Character's Real Name: Marcy Elizabeth Cain
Character's Nickname/Mutant Name (optional): Quickdraw
Character's Age: 17
Character's Gender: Female
Character's Occupation (student, professor, etc): Student
Human or Mutant?: Mutant
Is your character a Changeling?: No
Affliation (X-men, Brotherhood, CIA, etc. or None): X-men
Powers/Abilities/Skills: Marcy has enhanced hand-eye coordination, eyesight, fine motor skills, and reflexes. These combine to make her an extraordinary marksman. She also has increased hand-to-hand combat skills, but she prefers using weapons. Her weapon of choice is .44 Magnum automatic revolver. She can withdraw her weapon and fire in the blink of an eye, making her a deadly assassin when she wants to be. However, if she is distracted, there is a possibility that she can falter or misfire. Otherwise, there is almost no doubt that she will hit her target. Due to the fact that her bullets are metal, she is vulnerable to Magneto's powers. She does not have a plastic gun due to the fact that they are only issued to the military. She is trained in hand-to-hand combat, but she is not as good as someone like Wolverine or Sabretooth. She is much better with weapons and is best with her artillery. In addition, though she has excellent offensive mechanisms, she has no defensive shields other than her evasive maneuvers.
Character's History (must be at LEAST 7 sentences): Marcy was born in a boring suburb in Massachusetts. Her parents were extremely conservative, gun-toting Republicans who believed Jesus was sent to Earth to rid us of Commies and foreigners. Her childhood consisted of protesting gay pride parades and abortion clinics. Her family attempted to raise her to become a proper woman who knew homemaker skills and how to raise a family. However, Marcy wasn't into any of that. She cut her hair short, wore boy clothes, and became moderately liberal but apathetic to political activism. At first, her parents were furious. After some time, they decided if she was going to act that way, they were going to treat her like a son and scare her out of it. Her father took her on hunting trips. Although she wasn't scared, she was horrible at shooting and did not seem to improve. One day, she and her dad were hunting when they encountered a bear. Her father was out of ammunition. Marcy's powers activated for the first time, and she was able to shoot the bear and save her father's life. Despite saving her father's life, Marcy's relationship with her parents continued to become strained. She declared herself an atheist and stopped attending church. She began to take martial arts lessons on Sundays (among other days) instead of going to church. Her parents gave up on trying to treat her like a son and attempted to make her a lady by setting her up with "good Christian boys," all of whom she detested. Finally, they decided to send her to Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, according to Marcy's wishes.
Character's Personality (must be at LEAST 7 sentences): Marcy's philosophy is: "Shoot first. Ask questions later." She is a headstrong girl who thinks that violence doesn't have to be a last resort. She has a tough outer shell, and it is difficult for her to relate to others on an emotional level. Underneath her fiery temper and impulsivity, her solitary lifestyle takes a huge toll on her. She tends to have few friends due to her outspoken, reckless nature and her loner mentality.
Marcy is a tomboy and a rebel at heart. She refuses to conform to her any idiot’s ideas of what a girl should be, and she's not afraid of breaking the rules as long as she gets to do things on her terms. She wants everyone to think that she is bold, fearless, and in control. Most of the time, she is. Yet some days she feels as if she is going to break into a million pieces. It's not easy being the only person you have watching your back.
Character's Appearance (must be at LEAST 5 sentences): Marcy is very boyish. She has short blonde hair and almond-shaped brown eyes. She has very defined cheekbones, which she inherited from her mother. Her skin complexion is very pale and ghostlike. Her lips are small and puckered pink. These features would normally make her look very doll-like and feminine if she were not such tomboy. She is also very short, standing at a height of only 5’2. She has a thin, wiry, but muscular frame.
Roleplay Sample (must be a LEAST 7 sentences): (I’m Wolverine)
