Jason exited the building as the sun was going down. A book in his hand for an excuse should he come back later then he would expect. He wasn't really paying attention, just strolling around the grounds. Reading his book with intense focus. He was waiting for the sun to fully disappear from the horizon, then the fun could begin.

The red head was lurking around the grounds as well. There were woods off behind the mansion, and once the sun went down..Pity the deer. It had been awhile since she had gotten a decent snack. Grumbling to herself, she leaned against a tree and waited. There were a few other people out, but most were heading back inside. Good idea. The deer screams would freak them out.

Jason perked up when he heard the other students heading inside. He smirked and sniffed around. He didn't know what to try for large or small game. All he knew was he just felt the urge to track and kill.

With almost everyone in, she started making her way towards the woods. Time to have some fun. Almost lazily, she crossed the grounds, trying to decide what type of deer to take down. It really depended on what she could find.

Jason stored his book in his pocket once he saw all were inside. He removed his shirt, blood stains were easier to get off the hands and easily removed on the jeans, he didn't want the sent too close to his nose though. He took off into the woods, stopping only to find a trail.

The problem with that, was that the big bad raptor had long since claimed the woods as hers. Despite being old, there would still be faint reptilian scents. She had found a trail as well, a fairly fresh one. A rabbit had recently followed it, but a bit earlier, a deer had. Snorting softly, she started following it, occasionally leaning down to sniff to make sure she was still on the trail.

Jason had caught the trail, but there was something else. Just a lizard He thought to himself, crotched down and creeping forward searching for the source of the scent

The deer scent would rapidly get fresher. After a moment, she paused and looked around. There, to the left,was the deer bedded down for the night. Crouching slightly, she slinked forward. Just as the deer noticed her and scrambled to get up, she pounced forward. Landing on the creature's back, knocking it to the ground, she sunk her claws in. Naturally, the deer screamed. With an annoyed snort, she chomped down on the back of the animals' neck and jerked it. During this motion, there was the familiar crack of the neck bones breaking.

Jason stopped, he smelled bleed and heard the crack. He needed new prey, he wasn't about to fight for a deer. He crept towards another lead, he'd even go for the bunny at the moment.

She canted her head, hearing something move a short distance away. With a low growl, she slowly stalked forward to see what it was. Chances were, it was a coyote or something.

Jason's head shoot around when he heard something else stalking. It was coming towards him this time. He was too heavy to be a person with a pistol, or a bear. He scowled, he took off now. He had found a different trail, but he was zig-zagging around it as fast as he could just to loose what was stalking him.

True, she had planned on eating, but chasing could be just as fun. She could kill something and eat it later. With a harsh barking sound, one that didn't sound like anything else, she darted off after him. The problem with that, was that she was fast.

Jason heard the quick pace. He knew it had him. He choose narrow passages and ran straight through thorn bushes without a problem. He wasn't even his self now. The chase had captured him, if he was caught, whatever or whoever, was not going to see the normal Jason.

She followed him the best she could, taking detours when necessary. With a low growl, she sped up her pace to catch up. It wouldn't be much longer now. Shame that the chase wouldn't last; it was always fun.

Jason lept upward, over a log. He was trying to think on his feet as best he could. In a sea of confusion he bent back a branch hiding out of eye sight and waiting.
